Inspiration is a powerful force that propels us to soar to new heights, achieve our goals, and make a positive impact in the world. Often, we find ourselves looking up to individuals who have accomplished remarkable feats and left an indelible mark on society. It is important to recognize that inspiration extends beyond external success and should be aligned with our own values.
The people around us, whether they are part of our close circles or random connections in society, can be a source of profound inspiration. These everyday individuals, with their unique stories and personal triumphs, have the ability to ignite a fire within us. Their resilience, kindness, and unwavering determination showcase the extraordinary capabilities that reside within each of us. The individuals we encounter in our lives have the power to inspire us to think differently, chase our dreams, and bring about positive change.
In addition to the people around me, I have found inspiration from a multitude of sources in my own life. Personally, I draw inspiration not only from fellow humans but also from the wonders of nature, the melodies of music, the narratives of movies. These diverse influences have shaped my perspective and fueled my creativity in my field, it is undeniable that individuals such as Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, and other tech leaders have played a significant role in shaping my vision. Their contributions, along with my passion and love for technology, have propelled me forward on my own journey.
As we ourselves draw inspiration from these figures, it is crucial to remember that we have the power to inspire others in turn by embodying the positive qualities we admire and learning from the mistakes of our role models and the bad side of their characters such as Ego, selfishness, arrogance .. etc, we can contribute to a cycle of inspiration, where the ripple effects of our actions inspire others to reach for their own greatness but we should remain true to our identity and not compromise our values. The Quran reminds us,
“You who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you”
(Surah An-Nisa 4:59)
We can draw inspiration from their work ethic, resilience, and commitment to excellence while ensuring that we align our actions with our faith and values.
Maintaining our identity is paramount, as losing it leaves us without a sense of self and diminishes our worth in our own eyes and in the eyes of others. Our identity encompasses our values, principles, and beliefs. As individuals, we must strive to preserve our identity while being inspired by others. As Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said,
“The best among you are those who have the best character.”

By embodying our values and principles, we become a source of inspiration ourselves, guiding others towards the path of righteousness.
One of the most crucial aspects of being an inspiration is the role we play in our families, particularly for our children. Our actions and behaviors directly influence their growth and development. It is our responsibility to be role models and provide a nurturing environment that fosters their well-being and character development. The Quran advises us,
“You who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones”
(Surah At-Tahrim 66:6)
By leading by example, we teach our children the values of integrity, compassion, and perseverance.
